Real Estate Sales assistant specialized in Multifamily

If that is you, we are looking to speak with you and have you join our team! Your role will primarily be in managing relationships and tasks around acquiring real estate multifamily properties.

E2F Properties is a real estate investment company. We are acquiring multifamily properties in markets such as Ohio and Florida, and are looking for an experienced acquisition manager to help grow our company. Your role is to establish credibility with property owners, identify their potential motivation to sell, and gather property information about their property to enable us to make competitive offers.

What does this mean?

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in conducting texting and cold calling campaigns to property owners, and use scripts and tools to gather information about their property. Once you get someone interested in selling their property, the next step is to pull information from online resources to allow our company to conduct initial due diligence and make a competitive offer on the property.

Job Description:
1. Conduct texting outreach campaigns to property owners
2. Conduct follow-ups through cold calling property owners
3. Build rapport with property owners and identify potential motivation to sell
4. Gather property information from owners
5. Fill out a seller lead sheet with information about seller’s motivation and property information
4. Gather supplemental information from online sites and include in seller lead sheet
5. Update company’s CRM (Podio) with gathered information
6. Strategize with company’s management on potential purchasing offer

You must be comfortable and consistent. Must speak perfect English and know how to communicate with people AND MOST IMPORTANTLY be willing to do training, follow our systems and consistently practice to get better.

Looking for a hard worker with great phone demeanor, love for talking to people, and some knowledge of real estate investing. Knowledge of commercial/multifamily real estate is a plus.
