What will you do
As a sales administrator with Seller Candy, you’ll be responsible for making sure the sales team’s activities are always on track and reflected in our CRM (HubSpot), you’ll also help organize our promotional events, and verify our reporting:
*Audit the onboarding and offboarding of Seller Candy customers
*Maintain and update our sales activities and customer records
*Present weekly sales activities reports
*Keep a track record of our marketing material and experiments
*Maintain a track record of the sales team’s meetings and agendas
*Update and organize partnership and content calendars and events
*Gather and organize information from partners ready for content production on NL, blogs, and YT
*Monitoring inboxes and form submissions inside CRM
*Support the sales team with other administrative tasks if needed
What you’ll need
*Extreme self-motivation and problem-solving skills
*Proficiency with G-suit apps
*A natural aversion to letting problems be left unsolved
*Attention to detail and with prompt reporting adherence to deadlines
*High level of English especially for reading
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
*Strong computer skills to problem-solve via the internet and communicate
*Previous experience in business development, marketing, or sales is desirable
*To be growth motivated in both yourself and Seller Candy
*Extreme determination and integrity to handle the no’s and find the yes’s
