** Video Editor Needed**
I am creating a NEW Video Training Series and am needing a video editor who can do 'basic editing' of interviews from experts from around the world.

** Key Responsibilities **

- Editing up to 10 hours of video per week
- Downloading 'raw footage' from dropbox
- Editing footage in an editing software of your choice
- Extracting Audio and creating MP3 audio downloads
- Combining RAw footage with other 'Intro' and 'Outro' footage
- Uploading 'complete' videos to both Vimeo, Youtube and Membership Site
- Communication in Asana and in Google Doc tracking sheet

** Key Skills Needed**

- High attention to detail
- Video Editing experience (1 year or more)
- Use of Vimeo
- Use of Youtube
- Use of editing software
- Clear communication
- Able to learn quickly and follow instructions
- Enthusiastic and Solution Focuses
- Able to work Independently!
- Team player!!

** Hours **

- The hours will be PART TIME 20 per week

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR

- Efficiency – It is important to me as an employer that work is done as efficiently and utilize the 8 hours each day effectively to get maximum work completed.

- Communication – It is important to me that you are regularly checking emails, team discussions AND communicating any challenges, mistakes, concerns to me (I am not always able to reply) but this is essential to maintain transparency and effective team-work.

- Reliability – It is important to me that you are available during the work hours set and that and if any personal matters/illness/power cuts arise that you let me know as soon as possible.

- Initiative – I can often get busy with clients, or creating programs for hours at a time so it is important to Independently and think for yourself what may need to be done, even if no set tasks, to help contribute to the vision Kate has for the business and to move forward.

- Utilizing Resources - It is important to me that I employ someone who can use their own resources from past experience, as well as anything else they have available (youtube, google etc) to come up with any solutions to challenges, generate creative ideas and continue to move the business forward efficiently

- Attention to Detail!! - This is not a strong point for me. It is therefore VERY important to me that the person I employ has impeccable attention to detail with all work because this is something that is not a strength of Kate’s and need someone who can help.

- High Quality – It is important to me that all of my work is high quality, written visual and/or otherwise, please keep this in mind. And if you see anything you think needs to be changed/updated, don’t hesitate to tell me.
