Need VA to outsource services and do minimal customer support

Job Summary:

Problem: I run a business on an online marketplace. I get around 10-20 orders a day. It usually takes me around 2-3 hours to do them myself.

Solution: I am looking for someone that can outsource and handle these orders for me and deal with minimal customer support.

On this marketplace I have 2 accounts that I offer services on. On the first account I offer 6 services. These services are mostly outsourced and very easy tasks to complete. On the second account I offer 3 services which are also mostly outsourced and easy to complete.

This is what your day will look like:

1. Log in to one of my accounts

2. Reply to any messages that are in the inbox (mostly simple questions)

3. Put new orders into spreadsheet

4. Reply to any messages in the completed orders sections.

5. Go check on previous gigs that were outsourced to see if they are ready to be delivered.

6. Go through the spreadsheet one service at a time, and deliver and outsource the orders that require it.


Repeat for my other account.

This is a simple job which anyone can do which is why I need it to be done 100% perfectly.

Job requirements:

Need to be able to follow instructions clearly
Need to have attention to detail
Need to speak and read fluent english
Need to have some sort of customer service and data entry background(outsourcing)
Need to have basic problem solving skills

Training provided:

There will be on the job training. I will show you and walk you through how to fulfill and complete the orders step by step so there are no mistakes or confusion. We will also do a test run to make sure you have all the steps down.
