Associate Facebook Ads Manager

Marketing company looking for Designer/Project Manager to create FB and Instagram ads for our clients.

1. Get content (can be from from clients fb/insta/yelp/zillow sites).
2. Create the ad & send to client for approval.
3. Get approval and schedule ad.

The ideal candidate has:
- At least 1 year of Facebook Marketing experience
- Willing to use a time tracking app
- Excellent and effective written, verbal, and virtual communication skills
- Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Works accurately and has high attention to detail
- Mid to Advanced knowledge of Facebook Business Manager experience
- Quick learner who retains information easily
- Ability to problem-solve and analyze results and make suggestions to the client based on their individual results
- Committed to ongoing education and training to stay on top of the Facebook platform, rules, regulations, strategies and updates for proper ad execution, implementation & client success
- A proactive team player

Job Role:
- Assist in processing marketing requests
- Setup marketing campaigns for new clients
- Update our system tools to reflect clients’ marketing locations
- Adjust FB campaigns budgets and end dates
- Create new Facebook pages for clients
- Send FB Page admin access invitations to clients
- Create custom ads
- Launch video ads
- Update remarketing audiences
- Communicate with clients through email

System Requirements:
- The processor should be 2.0ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 is highly required for main hardware and back-up
- Ram should be at least 8 gig with 100 gb Free disk space
- A Headset with the noise-canceling feature
- At least 10 Mbps & up wired connection for the main ISP
- strictly no USB Sticks allowed for backup ISP

Shift Schedule: Require 1 weekly tea ---------- eting during daytime CST. Other than that, schedule is flexible.
