JOB OVERVIEW

The role will be fulltime contract of 40 hours per week remotely. We are looking for someone with a passion for social media and content creation.

This is an outcome-focused role so the work can be completed any time but you need to hit your goals each month.

Criteria

-At least 2 years social media management experience with Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest.
-A copywriting and creating incredible stories that people love to read
-A keen eye for design and creation (using Canva or Adobe)
-Engaging and building traffic on our account.
-High level of verbal and written communication skills
-Nice have fashion industry experience (but not required)



About the Role:

-Create, schedule and publish a social media strategy and calendar for all relevant platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's overall brand strategy, regional-specific objectives and individual campaign goals.
-Moderate the community, proactively engaging with customers, like-minded brands and individual influencers to nurture them into long-term brand advocates.
-Compile monthly reports, leveraging insights from data analytics and/or community feedback with regards to curation, copy, timing, targeting and budget to grow reach, awareness, engagement and acquisition.
-Stay up to date with social media trends and technologies with the aim of testing, launching and integrating new approaches into the broader social media strategy.
-Interacting with users on blogs, social media, and message boards
-Contacting influencers, brand ambassadors to collaborate with us
-Send proposals and invoices to the clients
-Schedule meetings
-Responding to email and other customer service inquiries
-Internet and retail research including price comparisons, “get the look” research, and trends
-Data entry and web content updating
-General clerical assignments such as document/letter development
