As a Business Development Manager, you will be involved in developing new prospects over the phone to generate qualified leads. You would be calling into your assigned territory, finding new contacts, utilizing CRM (HubSpot), building accounts and pitching Dealer Driven software solutions.
What You Will Do at Dealer Driven:
Cold prospecting via Cold Calling, Cold
Entering information and activities into our CRM HubSport.
Generating qualified sales opportunities for the Regional Account Managers
Develop a working knowledge of the services offered by Dealer Driven to better educate and engage Dealerships.
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluent in English with comprehensive speaking skills.
Strong telephone skills, outstanding customer service skills and a fast learner.
Experience managing customers in a CRM. HubSpot is an asset.
Ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers including senior employees and executives at Dealerships.
Skilled at overcoming objections and as a result able to reach decision makers.
Enhanced ability to structure verbal and written communications to influence and persuade stakeholders in the education and/or purchasing process.
Your most important asset is your ability to be personable as well as persuasive, and to communicate convincingly over the phone.
Understanding of cloud technology and the tech industry is an asset.
