Technical Writer

If you love writing, software, technology, time management, and organization, and if a little HTML and PHP doesn't scare you, this may be your perfect job. Research, analyze, and write new software-specific training modules for our TRO Online Training time management system; take screen shots of the new software tools in use (someone else could Photoshop them). Test your new training modules thoroughly to make sure all links and tool combinations work properly, etc. HTML experience and any programming aptitude is important since you will write/edit text inside PHP/HTML files (but this is not really a programming position). The training writing must be done in an IF-THEN-ELSE environment, so it can change automatically to match the time management tools selected by the trainee. Requires: Excellent written English, very high degree of attention to detail, very fast learner, technical writing skills, "geek" at heart (loves gadgets, tools, software), fast Internet connection, analytical, careful and methodical worker. Preferred: Basic CSS knowledge, Photoshop or GIMP experience. This position is an excellent preparation for our Productivity Coach, Level 1 position.
