Appointment Setter - Sales / Lead Generation

We are currently looking for appointment setters. Under this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients giving them an overview of our value proposition and scheduling appointments. Must be well spoken and confident.

Job Requirements:

Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our services.
Ensure each prospective client and potential customer has a positive experience with our company
Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers you have found on your research
Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise.
Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer.
Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a Sales Representative.
Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered.
Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to ---------- rming the Manager of recurrent product-related complaints that warrant addressing
