Full-Time Recruiter

Then this could be the role for you! A domestic staffing company in the U.S. is seeking a full-time recruiter with exceptional competencies in the full recruitment process. This individual should be well versed in the following:
Prepping for the Ideal Candidate
Sourcing and Attracting Talent
Converting Applicants
Selecting and Screening Candidates
Interviewing candidates
Checking References
Onboarding

Join a team that is woman owned and operated! This recruiter would source for housekeeping, childcare, tutor and personal assistant roles. Our ideal team member is driven to meet key performance metrics, can work autonomously, and produces high quality outcomes. This individual should be exceptionally fluent in English in both written and spoken form. They should understand the nuances of the language and have the aptitude to write job attractive job posts, screen candidates, perform interviews and check references. They should be comfortable sourcing candidates from LinkedIN, Indeed, Social Media, college boards, and more. This position requires innovation, creativity, and the ability to think outside of the box. This candidate should be comfortable onboarding candidates via Zoom video conference. This is a full-time, long-term role (think 3+ years) with the opportunity for growth.
Hours are:
Monday 10a-7p CST
Tuesday 8a-5p CST
Wednesday 8a-5p CST
Thursday 8a-5p CST
Friday 8a-5p CST
(1 hour for lunch daily)
