We are looking for an experienced Real Estate TRANSACTION COORDINATOR who is SMART, FAST, and works hard.
We are looking to add someone who is HARD WORKING, HONEST, ATTENTION TO DETAILS and DEDICATED to the TEAM as soon as possible!
Job Type: Part-Time (20 Hours per week)

At least 1yr experience as a Transaction Coordinator for Real Estate
We prefer candidates who can communicate well with customers, clients, other agents, and service providers throughout the closing process.
The potential candidate is also responsible for keeping the entire team updated on the progress of all contracts and advises tea
The candidate should also be highly organized in handling documents.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive completed Listing Form and Listing Docs from Listing Agents, works in Brivity (CRM), and keep updated notes throughout
• Work through full, ever-improving Pre-Listing and Listing Checklists (current overflow, future ownership) in Brivity daily, with proactive management of all deadlines and priority of keeping agents and clients fully informed daily
• Communicate clearly and proactively with clients, agents, and vendors to schedule preparation and execution of staging, photography, sign creation/transport/placement, painting, lockbox installation and removal, etc.

• Request client and vendor reviews and consistently follow up
• Manage back end of Brivity and tech-heavy systems
