HERE IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Thrive is looking for a dedicated design resource to work with our Creative Department on an exciting new account we have acquired.
- Because we work remotely, we need someone who is reliable and can manage their time efficiently and productively to meet the deadlines.
- We are a US based company, at times we will require you to be online during US working hours (9am - 5pm CST) for briefing sessions and meetings with the Project Manager and/or Creative Manager. However, we are flexible with the hours so long as the deadlines are met, you may work your local hours to produce the assets, when it allows (this can be discussed in the interview stage).
- We are looking for someone with a solid eye for design and who can reproduce static display ads in various sizes and formats. The original concept, content and imagery will all be supplied.
- This will be a full time contractor position (30+ hours/week) until December 2022, with the option of extending.


HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO:
We will need you to reproduce numerous static assets per month; as follows:
- Paid Social / Digital ads
- Amazon DSP ads
- Single Paid Social / Digital ads
- Headline / Image Testing
- Amazon Brand Page Updates.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of solid design experience. (logo design, UX and UI design experience is advantageous)
- Knowledge of the Digital Ad file types and sizes required: AMP, GIF, JPG. File size: 150 KB or smaller
- Must be able to work efficiently in Adobe XD, Photoshop.
- Experience with Google Web Designer or similar platforms for building the ads (if animation is required).
- Knowledge of the social media platforms in question and where/how the ads are placed - to be able to visualize what they will look like in context.
- Be familiar with working with Project Management tools for time logging and task assignments.
- Proficient English communication skills - both written and spoken.
- Must be able to attend Zoo ---------- etings, high speed internet and camera required.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced agency environment.
