JOB OVERVIEW

Must be online actively for work 9 PM PHT to 6 AM PHT 7 days a week, and occasionally available outside of these hours. Those who excel at the role will be considered for a pay raise. Looking to start immediately.

We are looking for someone who can be both a general Virtual Assistant and someone who can manage and contribute to our Customer Support team. You will be responsible for administrative tasks as well as frequently messaging customers, and helping other support reps who have questions.

We are looking an individual who:
- Has excellent English (both reading and writing)
- Has previous experience as an assistant.
- Has some experience working in a spreadsheet, ideally Google Sheets ( ---------- ). It's OK if it's not experienced from a professional setting.
- Can read messages written in English and interpret/categorize them according to suggested guidelines.
- Can execute vague research tasks.
- Can ask questions to help produce better results.
- Quick learner, open to feedback
- Is well organized, timely, responsive, and has attention to detail

Nice to have:
- Past experience as a customer service representative
