What do you charge for a normal 3 page word press site?

Basic Site Development Background Information:
-All text and pictures provided.
-WordPress template makes your work easier.
-Only interactive element of site will be the email contact.
-Hosting already provided.
-Presumes all the work is fairly standard without special needs. Excludes any additional work (except very clear errors) on the site. Get paid extra for each additional page. At which point what would your hourly be?
