Project Lead

We are looking for a full -time Project Lead for our health and wellness businesses who can manage around 10-15 Virtual Assistant. As a team lead, you must have knowledge and experience in handling a pool of Filipino Virtual Assistants and be able to communicate with other teams based in Australia. The Team Lead will be reporting and closely working with the General Manager of the business.


Working Hours:
50 hours per week - the applicant should be open to working from Monday to Sunday with one day-off (Only applicants who can devote 50 hours per week and can work on Sundays are encouraged to apply). The working hours is flexible.



Responsibilities:
-Using a unique lead generation strategy, the team you will be handling is required to book prospective clients . The role also includes generating business reports using Google Spreadsheets.
-Engaging in the specified lead generation strategy on all required social media platforms during set scheduled hours.
-Keeping a detailed log of prospects and performance.
-Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently.
-Creation of weekly business reports. You may either be the maker or the checker of the reports.


Requirements:
-Must have 6-8 Years of Experience in handling a team (THIS IS A REQUIREMENT)
-Must be knowledgeable in Google Spreadsheet.
-Experience in Facebook Messenger and Facebook
-Some experience in the fitness/nutrition industry is preferred but not mandatory
-Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style
-Must have excellent written English
-Must have availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings (you will have a set schedule based on this)
-Must have fast, reliable internet and a back-up system (mobile internet or prepaid)
- Fast and reliable laptop/desktop that can accommodate many spreadsheets at a time and can do zoom/ screen sharing.
