We are looking for:
A Virtual Marketing Assistant with strong online marketing skills, who speaks English really well, is willing to work during US business hours, and is deeply committed to making a positive difference.
Your primary responsibilities:
• Assisting with the creation of important marketing web pages (opt-in pages, landing pages, sales letters, etc)
• Assisting with the redesign of billbaren
• Online marketing assistance (editing web pages, uploading content, etc)
• Assisting with marketing launches
• Infusionsoft backup (email marketing support)
Skills required:
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• In-depth project management experience (including experience with online project management tools)
• Experience with managing online marketing campaigns such as email marketing, social media marketing, and blogging
• Experience with Infusionsoft email marketing software (setting up and sending email,
• shopping cart and contact management)
• Posting content and files online (WordPress and Ning)
• Basic knowledge of HTML
• Using Dreamweaver and FTP
• Editing audio recordings
• Using collaboration tools like Skype and Google Docs

• Ability to work during U.S. daytime hours (nighttime in Philippines) – IMPORTANT, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Pacific Time

• Deep interest in the latest internet marketing tools
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection
• Great team player
• Ability to work with little supervision

Hours and salary:
• You would be an independent contractor for Bill Baren Coaching
• Estimated 20 hours per week
• Salary based on experience
