UI/UX designer

I'm looking for a UI/UX designer who can conceptualize my ideas and workflows, i.e. what each view of the software/app does, explain what's possible and how certain steps could be solved. Based on the results of the work, my backend developer will continue to finalize. The final product is a ---------- l me your hourly rate. Both full and part time are possible.
