A. QUALIFICATIONS:
• Male/Female, Age not more than 35 Years old
• 1-3 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience required

B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide excellent customer service
• Related and prepared food orders using safe food handling techniques
• Maintain, stocked, and displayed food according to company policy
• Clean and sanitized workstation and equipment
• Perform opening and closing duties as required
• Demonstrate accuracy in cashiering, cash handling and credit card processing
• Operate and balance a cash register, stocked shelves, and utilized FPOS
• Responsible for checking and recording register balance at the close of business
• Answer telephone inquiries
• Restocked storage areas, replenished items on shelves
• Received inventory, and provided food & beverage supplies
• Balanced, register, issue receipts, refunds, credits or change due
• Have comprehensive and up to date knowledge of all the outlets unique selling points, features, amenities, services and policies.
• Achieve all individual sales target in your area by maintaining and creating a close relationship with customers.
• Generate new and maintain existing customer relationship through various sales activities and create awareness of the product and services through sales call, telephone calls, etc to achieve set targets and maximum possible productivity.
• Ensure that all incoming requests of customers are addressed in order o avoid customer complaints and loss of business.
RETAIL SALESLADY
A. QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Degree in Sales, marketing, commerce or a related field would be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, Arabic knowledge will be an advantage

B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist customers in finding in and locating their desired products
• Demonstrate product features and modifications and answer customer inquiries
• Warmly welcome and greet customers
• Provide a background of Wooderful life products
• Suggest and persuade customers for varying and additional products in order to meet organizational and personal targets
• Assist customers in making decisions regarding suitable purchases based on their specific likes
• Lead customers through the payment process by assisting cashiers with discount information and markdowns
• Oversee wrapping or bagging of purchased items to ensure that they meet the store’s standards and the specific instructions of customers
• Ensure that customers’ purchases are carried out to their vehicles by instructing baggers to do the needful
• Make cold calls to new customers in a bid to prospect them for business and meet sales goals
• Call existing customers to provide them with information on new products or discount options and markdowns
• Create sales reports, detailing all transactions made in a day for the purpose of informing the management of individual sales progress
• Oversee the cleanliness and replenishment of shelves according to marketing and sales directives
