Job Title: Credit Repair Specialist

Job Overview: The Credit Repair Specialist plays a pivotal and strategic role in our client’s credit repair process. The Credit Repair specialist is the initial person of contact who is responsible for: analyzing all three credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion), providing recommendations on impacting credit factors, and discussing tactics on how the client can remedy their credit situation.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Communicates clearly and concisely with clients to ensure confidence and trust
• Analyzes Experian, Equifax, and Transunion in order to create custom credit plan for clients
• Identifies negative factors that need to be addressed which will lead to improvement of credit profile
• Recommends accounts that will be advantageous for positive credit reporting and increase in score
• Identify the key contributors to the client’s current score
• Discusses how each recommendation will lead to positive changes on credit profile and credit score
• Answers a variety of questions from clients regarding their credit profile or other various credit related questions
• Documents the recommendations that were offered to client during call
• Ensures that clients are educated throughout the call

Qualifications:

• Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of credit or financial experience
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Must have excellent communication skills

Work Schedule:
• Monday-Friday.
