IT Specialist

We are hiring an IT Specialist to help support our US based business clients. The working hours for this position are 4:30PM-1:30AM CST M-F).

We are a outsourced IT support provider (MSP) and support small and medium sized businesses in our local market (Dallas, Texas) and nationwide.

We are looking for an IT Specialist to help with the following duties:

-Monitor client environments and resolve service issues
-Perform after hours maintenance and monitoring
-Update documentation and ticketing system
-Assist with IT projects and upgrades

The IT Specialist will help support the following technologies:

-Windows 10/11 operating system
-Microsoft 365
-Amazon Web Services
-Microsoft Windows server operating system
-Networking technologies. Cisco, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, etc.
-Backup technologies

The IT Specialist will have the ability to quickly learn new systems and client environments.

The IT Specialist will have the opportunity to learn new technologies and grow professionally.
