IT Engineer

We are hiring a talented IT Engineer to work in our US based MSP. This is an overnight position (8AM-5PM CST).
We are a outsourced IT support provider (MSP) and support small and medium sized businesses in our local market (Dallas, Texas) and nationwide.

We are looking for an IT Engineer to help with the following duties:

-Prepare IT project plans and quotations
-Lead, manage, and implement IT projects
-Provide level 2/3 escalation support for complex service issues
-Update documentation and ticketing system
-Assist with other support issues and company initiatives as required
-Provide technical leadership within the client services team

The IT Engineer will plan and design following technologies:

-Networking technologies. Cisco, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, etc.
-Microsoft 365/Azure Services
-Microsoft Windows server operating system

We are looking for someone that is competent with implementing the above technologies.

The IT Engineer will have the ability to prepare project plans and implement new systems.
