Social Media Video Editor / Curator (Instagram Reels + Tiktok)

Looking for a super-star video editor to create/re-create videos for a Motivation-related Instagram page.

Must be able to create motivational short videos like this. Re-creating existing videos is fine. Must create from original footage, (trim it, add text, add audio). Must be able pick and find the videos as well. Basic English required
