Experienced Real Estate Title Examiner

This position is open only to applicants with extensive previous experience as real property title examiners. Experience with foreclosures in the state of Florida is preferred. Our Company purchases foreclosed properties from courthouse auctions, and needs a title reviewer to quantify the cost to cure title defects before each purchase.

The Applicant will be required to review chain of title and assignment records histories, have a good working understanding of lien superiorities, and be able to verify from records proper nocticing of all interested parties in the foreclosure chain.

The Applicant will be given a list of properties to review daily, and will be expected to complete all addresses on the list before set deadlines. The Applicant will supply a spreadsheet with all addresses and list out all liens and title defects or other costs that may be associated with the Company's acquisition of the property. Work can be completed during any timezone, as long as work is completed ahead of the deadline.

From time to time, the Applicant may also be given other research projects and/or assignments.

This position will pay $800 per month, paid on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month.
