Social media manager/ lead generator

I am looking for a good social media person. You should be creative in finding ways to promote on social media platforms for our clients. This would include a certain amount of graphic design as well as creating short promo videos. We have the software to support these activities. We currently are working mostly with Mexican restaurants and a little bit in the trucking industry. We are looking to expand our social media ---------- addition to social media, you would need to be proficient in lead generation. Primarily this would be using our software to scrape the web to get new prospects and then send out cold email sequences and respond to those that show interest in our programs. I can certainly explain better once we have established a relationship.


Other attributes I am looking for:
Ability to complete tasks at a reasonably fast pace
Have great internet speed as well as a good backup source of internet
Good conversational skills in the American version of English
A good place to work from with minimal distractions
Ambitious- willing to work hard (and smart) for advancement
Creative in design work
Dependable.

The hours worked are flexible, (doesn't matter to me day or night) but once the schedule is set then need to stick to that schedule. The Philippines is exactly 12 hours different fro ---------- . I would want to have a time that we can meet by zoom on a regular basis
