web design/SEO

I am looking for a good web designer and SEO expert. We work mostly in WordPress and we primarily use the Divi theme from Elegant Themes. You would need to have customizing skills such as CSS. Of course, design skills are also a major part of what I am looking for and that would include video creating and editing.
Also, you should be skilled in google analytics and citation creation including GMB.

Other attributes I am looking for:
Ability to complete tasks at a reasonably fast pace
Have great internet speed as well as a good backup source of internet
Good conversational skills in the American version of English
The hours worked are flexible, (doesn't matter to me day or night) but once the schedule is set then need to stick to that schedule. The Philippines is exactly 12 hours different fro ---------- . I would want to have a time that we can meet by zoom on a regular basis
A good place to work from with minimal distractions
Ambitious- willing to work hard (and smart) for advancement
Creative in design work
Dependable.
