Responsibilities:
• Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to assist the purchase journey
• Provide quality customer service to clients from all over the world to resolve their enquiries via social media, instant messaging and
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and provide best appropriate solutions meeting both customers’ needs and business objectives in a timely manner
• Coordinate and communicate with production and logistic department to manage daily orders
• Monitor customer feedback daily across social media and suggest improvement in terms of products, services and workflow
Requirements:
• At least 3+ years relevant experience in customer service
• Bachelor Degree preferrable
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Able to work independently and effectively
• Customer-centric, quick learner, attentive and detail minded
• Proficient in Shopify, Freshdesk, social media, online marketplaces and Hubstaff
• 8-9 hours a day (day / night shift available)
