Member Support Representative ( a Customer Service Role)

This is an exciting time for our company, and we are expanding our talented Member Support Team as we work to acquire new clients, develop new services to meet their needs, and dominate the industry. What is a Member Support Representative?

Your role as a member support representative is to make sure our clients are on-boarded and hand held as they get setup with our products and online services. You will be their coach and go-to point of contact throughout the life-cycle of their membership with us.

What hours will I work?

• Monday – Friday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST( may change with respect to the needs of the team )

How will I be paid?

• Paid weekly via PayPal
• PHP 28,000 – 32,000 Per Month

Requirements for the Job :
- Excellent English both Oral & Written
- Have Smooth English Dialect
- Quick thinker with spontaneity conversing in English Language
- Have at least 7 years experience combined Customer Service & Technical Support role
- Preferrably with Team Leader/ Trainer / SME experience
- Have Outstanding Work Ethics.
- Have a designated work space free from noise, computer with updated version & capacity , good quality of noise cancelling headset
- Internet Speed should be at least 5mbps both for upload & download ( required back-up connection)
- Can work full-time during US Eastern Time office hours
- can work under Time Doctor for Working hours tracker
