RMA Specialist (Customer Service)

Hi, my name is Haley, I am looking for a Warranty Specialist who can help us manage warranty claims, dig into customer claims issues, provide excellent customer service and maintain our long standing positive reputation to both vendors and customers.

RMAs are whenever a customer has any sort of issue with delivery/damaged in transit/warranty/exchange/return to stock etc. As we have become more busy, we need someone to be devoted to SOLVING THESE ISSUES full time, so that the Customer Service Manager can focus on processing orders, and dealing with phone calls/live chats/other tickets.

- Can provide high-quality support while anticipating needs.
- Has EXCELLENT communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Perform research on warranties and prepare customized warranty papers for work.
- Evaluate databases and complete all data entry for warranty claims and filings.
- Manage all warranty claims, resubmit claims of required and ensure appropriate action.
- Coordinate with account departments and settle all warranty claims.
- Has a positive attitude and is patient.
- Is an outstanding problem solver.
- Is proactive and not afraid to ask questions.
- Can start immediately.
- Must be able to work during 8 am-6 pm MST Time (Phoenix, Arizona) OR 8 am-6pm EST (New York).
- Minimum internet speed is at least 20mbps.
