Operations Specialist - Marketing Company

We’re currently looking for an Operations Support Specialist to join our digital marketing company.

[What You’ll Be Doing]
Tracking tasks to completion of web designers, graphic designers, copywriters, and internet marketers
Supporting Projects (Web Design, Development, Marketing, etc.)
Wordpress Support
Social Media Support
Zoho Support
Providing weekly status updates of all projects
Attending meetings to take notes
Responding to client emails once we get you settled in and comfortable
Communicating with Sales Team via slack to gather action items with due dates for tea ---------- mbers
Supporting our project team

[Skills You Need]
-Project Management
-Minimal Design Experience (Photoshop, Illlustrator, Canva, Figma)
-Minimal Editing Experience (Premier Pro, Final Cut Studio, AE, etc)
-Communication - Written, Verbal
-Organization / Prioritization
-Time Management
-Coachability
-Looking to grow
-Outlook, PowerPoint, Word is a plus
-Loom and Canva are a plus

[Important]
Work hours — we’re flexible but typically for this position we work between 10am - 5PM EST

[How it works?]
Obviously, we want to make sure we’re the right fit for you and you for the ---------- 's important that we find the right person. So you’ll start off with 20 hours after a successful interview. To ensure your understanding of the position, and then we’ll move you to full-time after 2-4 weeks, depending on our assessment.
