We are hiring a virtual event planner for our photoshoots
1. Duplicate our content plan template in Canva to create a new plan for each client.
2. Transfer information from our client's file to the client's content plan
3. Using the color palettes from our client's brand board, conduct online research of 8-10 locations within a city or a specified region for the brand shoot that matches client's desired aesthetic and add to the client's content plan.
4. Organize an agenda for the the brand shoot day inside the plan to provide a timeline for the photographer and client to get to each of the locations efficiently.
5. Transfer client goals from their file to each of the locations on the content plan.
6. Add a shot list to the content plan from a template library for the photographer to take at each of the 8-10 locations.
7. Add a prop list to the content plan from a template library for the photographer to take at each of the 8-10 locations.
8. Send a completed report to your content manager.
