General Virtual Assistant

The Gift of Time Concierge and Virtual Assistants is looking for well-driven, creative individuals to join our General Virtual Assistants team. We are looking for someone who is proficient in:
• Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
• Knowledgeable in WordPress, MailChimp and social media platforms.
• Has an excellent organizational and keen to details.
• Can easily adapt to change quickly to meet the needs of the client.
• Outstanding verbal and written skills (English).
• Can work at minimum supervision.
To apply for this job applicant must be 18 years old and above, 2 to 3 years’ experience working as a General Virtual Assistant. Fast typing skills (35 WPM or above), distraction free work environment and fast internet (DSL, 2mbps and up).

• Newsletters Creation and Automation
• Business to Business Correspondence
• Business to Consumer Correspondence
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• WordPress Installation/Set-up
• Landing Page
• Hotel and Flight Booking
• Taking down meetings minutes
• Set-up Social Media Accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, Youtube)
• Manage and update Social Media Accounts
• Online research
• Participate in online groups (networking)
• Project Management
• Creating Graphics
• PowerPoint presentation
