2. Server management - Windows server, AD, DNS
3. Basic network management
4. User IT support
5. OS support - MacOS, Windows
6. Documentation
7. Full time employee attitude
8. Fluent English
9. Minimum 2 years of experience of IT support
10. Always need to be online during the business hours
11. Fast learning skills - Will have to learn and do new things as it comes
