We are a rapidly growing company in need of a bright, switch-on, Assistant to support our USA based CEO. The role will initially be for 3 hours per day with the potential to increase hours.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
• Diary Management
Oversee diary management to ensure no double bookings, allow time in between meetings, provide a daily summary of the next day's schedule, and keep personal time clear.

Keep inboxes organized, gatekeep spam, and ensure important
• Projects
Assistance with ad-hoc admin projects as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent written English and good spoken English
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proactive customer service approach
• Trustworthy and confidential
• Experience providing support to Amazon businesses (desirable but not essential)
• Experience using ZenDesk (desirable but not essential)

We are a global team and are happy to consider applicants from any location. However, this role is supporting our USA based CEO, and day-to-day will report to our Australia based Community Manager.
