SEO Manager

We are a successful Melbourne based agency backed up by a team in the Philippines.

We would like to add an experienced, full time SEO Manager to our team to help implement, analyse, report and improve SEO and AdWord Strategies.

The main focus of the role is to:
- Analyse, report and improve SEO Strategies
- Analyse, report and improve AdWord Strategies

This will involve checking SEMrush, Google Analytics and other assessment tools and providing insights into how we can improve.

Your skills must include:

- Highly experienced in SEO
- A good understanding of technical aspects of SEO in relation to web development
- A good understanding of conversion and what may cause a lack of conversion
- Great reporting skills
- Great attitude towards work
- Proactive in learning, and improving your own skills
- Wordpress and Google Ads knowledge would be beneficial

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO:
- work from home and have a reliable internet connection and headset
- work 9.00am - 5.30pm (Starting earlier is acceptable)
- you will need to use timedoctor software

On acceptance as a full-time member you are entitled to:
- 2 weeks paid holidays per annum
- up to 5 days paid sick pay per annum
- Bonus structure
- All Philippines non-working Public holidays paid
