VIRTUAL ASSISTANT - w/ Customer Service skills

We are a real estate marketing company that trusted by hundreds of real estate agents in Sydney.

We are looking for someone that has great customer service skills, a few image editing skills (Photoshop or Illustrator), live availability (have to reply within 5 minutes), is a fast learner, and can commit to working with a company long-term.

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to help us from 9:00AM to 5:00 PM Sydney Time from Monday to Friday.

Requirements:
English speaking VA and comfortable on phone
Organized
Can edit photos through Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
Reliable Internet Speed

Initial Responsibilities:
- Will contact clients regarding orders and appointments. Responding to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Can change quick editing image changes as requested by clients or forward to right person when needed

You will work closely with the team, have opportunities to learn new things, grow your skills, and be compensated well for your performance.
