Virtual Assistant for Identical Twins

We are a pair of identical twins, Miel & Darcy, living in Oregon, USA. We own several businesses together. We are a dynamic duo and are look for someone who reliable and great to work with. We are hiring VAs to support our businesses directly, but are also hiring one VA to support us both for personal related tasks. If things are slow on personal tasks, the position would help to fill in to do work for our businesses (in coordination with another VA). Some sample tasks of things that we are looking for are:

- Email management and triage of important messages

- Scheduling vendors for home repairs, researching new vendors, issuing payments, etc.

- Basic bookkeeping with quickbooks online, logging expenses, etc.

- Assistance with travel bookings (we both travel extensively)

- Researching things related to kids (Miel has one son and Darcy has three children), i.e. research of pre-schools or summer camps.

- SEO support to our businesses.

- Writing reviews of products (mostly pulling available info from online and we would put in personal comments).
