Galvin and Mathews Trade, Inc. is looking for a recruiter that is an expert in identifying and vetting talent to hire and build our capacity to grow and succeed.
We are now looking to bring on a recruiter to help fill various roles in the marketing, financial, and project management arms of the businesses.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Develops and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Assists with job posting and advertising processes.
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
Assists with the interview process
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Expert in Excel, Google Sheets
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient with GSuite, Slack, and necessary organizational tools.
Willing to work some 3 hours crossover with 9-5 USA PST hours.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of recruiting experience
Salary: Negotiable and Flexible on Payments Structures.
