We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to help our General Manager to stop working so much. Our General Manager is a warm and kind person who needs your help with:

- Financial administration such as invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable (this is probably the trickiest part of the job, so if you are already good at this we want to hear from you!).

- HR tasks such as organising leave, employee onboarding, and off boarding (people almost never quit at Eight Clients, but when they do we like to give them a terrific goodbye).

- Operational tasks such as creating projects and retainers in our project management system, Accelo (don’t worry if you haven’t used it, it’s very similar to other project management systems).

- Other fun things such as planning company get-togethers, ordering catering for events, and arranging gifts for clients and staff.

BENEFITS AND REMUNERATION

The salary range for this role is between 30,000PHP to 70,000PHP per month depending on experience. We also provide four weeks of paid holidays per year and thirteenth month.
