Full-Time Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager

We are a husband and wife team and are looking to hire a dynamic and talented full-time graphic designer and social media manager! We currently operate 4 different brands and are looking for someone who will support us in managing the various social media channels associated with each brand. Across our various businesses we employ over a dozen tea ---------- mbers from the Philippines and it has been such a wonderful experience. We’re excited to continue growing our virtual team and can’t wait to meet you!

Our current focus is Instagram so that should be the social media channel you are most familiar with, but we would love someone who is capable of getting content on other platforms as well, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.

We currently have two tea ---------- mbers who film video content and do reels, videos, etc. so we’re ideally looking for someone who has extremely strong graphic design skills (if you love working with and are very familiar with Canva that’s a huge plus) and will get to know each of our brands (audience, goals, etc.) and help in developing appropriate content for each channel.

You should also be a strong writer with an excellent grasp of the English language and be capable of writing creative and engaging captions as well as be able to do some simple photo/video editing. Other duties will include responding to comments across platforms, engaging with our audiences, managing the editorial calendar and scheduling app, and continually working with the tea ---------- mbers to brainstorm content.

We’re really looking for someone who is looking for a long-term career and hoping to join a team and grow for many years to come. Please note that we are looking to employ someone full-time and we would expect that this be your only job.

Rate is $3-$5 USD/Hour (php $25,000-$45,000/mo) depending on experience and education.

We pay all of our virtual team through UpWork and that is the platform that would process your payments as well. If you do not yet have an UpWork account you can sign easily sign up for one upon hire.
