The Role:
As a graphic designer, you will be working on our client projects and helping to shape the agency’s design services and deliverables. You will be collaborating with the entire team across multiple clients and supporting new business pitches. A strong sense of brand is a must, as well as a willingness to handle everything from simple execution of small design needs to larger creative projects that you will take from concept to creation. Our ideal candidate has worked directly for a consumer startup or at an advertising agency. This position could grow into a more senior-led creative role.

Responsibilities:
Work with the Creative Director and a team of art directors and copywriters to transform concepts into visual executions that articulate our partner brand and deliver on business needs
Design an array of digital assets (like social posts, email templates, website updates, online ads, etc)
Own projects from kickoff through completion, presenting your work to the Creative Director and company stakeholders; incorporate feedback into thoughtful final assets
Pitch creative ideas
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Ensure that all projects are delivered in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends


Experience Required:
4+ years of experience as a professional graphic designer or art director.
Show proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop and ideally Premier and After Effects.
Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize ---------- fortable in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines
Strong layout and typography skills.

Video editing is a big bonus
