Construction estimator - Exterior cladding - siding

Construction estimator, Scope: Exterior cladding - siding ( division 07)
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of experience in project estimating
- Full understanding of the drawings, specifications, addendums.
- Familiar with siding and waterproofing materials in Canada.
- Familiar with the Blue Beam estimating tool.
- English language: speaking/writing
- e-mail and/or verbal communication skills on the professional level with General Contractors/project managers/Estimators.
- To be available for the phone calls from 9am to 4:30pm Pacific Standard Time.

Our company is located in Canada. We need the above mentioned position filled by an individual who is ambitious, hard worker and is detail oriented.

Monthly salary will depend on your experience and reliability.
