Position: Software Engineer - ReactJS
Location: Quezon City, Alabang, Cebu
Work Shift: Mid Shift (4 PM - 1 PM); Observes PH Holidays

Software engineering is the application of engineering to the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of software in a systematic method. The roles in this function will cover all primary development activity across all technology functions that ensure we deliver code with high quality for our applications, products and services and to understand customer needs and to develop product roadmaps. These roles include, but are not limited to analysis, design, coding, engineering, testing, debugging, standards, methods, tools analysis, documentation, research and development, maintenance, new development, operations and delivery. With every role in the company, each position has a requirement for building quality into every output. This also includes evaluating new tools, new techniques, strategies; Automation of common tasks; build of common utilities to drive organizational efficiency with a passion around technology and solutions and influence of thought and leadership on future capabilities and opportunities to apply technology in new and innovative ways.

Primary Responsibilities:
Lead design and agile development for features and user stories for each ---------- egrate web application with APIs and develop frameworks
Collaborate as part of the scrum team in grooming user stories and development of acceptance criteria for the user stories
Perform Code reviews
Engineer automated test and metric reporting solutions
Develop micro-services using Spring Boot and Java
Performance testing, tuning, and troubleshooting
Basic, structured, standard approach to work

Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Experience with Agile methodology
Collaboratively work with agile team to come up with the mutual solutions for development projects
Experience with React, Redux, NextJs, NodeJs, Material-UI, JavaScript and TypeScript
Experience integrating web application with APIs
Experience creating unit test cases using Jest
Experience troubleshooting web applications
Experience developing micro-services using Spring Boot and Java
Experience troubleshooting APIs
Good communication and interpersonal skills
FSE (ReactJS, Java Springboot - background/knowledge)

Preferred Qualifications:
Azure Cloud environment experience
Knowledge on analytical tool Tealium
Knowledge on Web application flow from start to end
Microservices - AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
