1) Must be willing to work EST time 9 am to 5 pm (9 PM TO 5 PM PH TIME)
2) Must be willing to use Hubstaff
3) Must have knowledge in version control Git(GitHub)
4) Must be willing to learn how to use JIRA if not already familiar
