Revenue Staff VA

We are an innjoy BNB, a team of experts that assists and connects with people who are looking for accommodations in Chicago, Il. There are many tasks that need to be delegated to someone else to be able to grow the company. We are looking for a Full-time Revenue VA Professional to join our Chicago-based Property Management Company. The role may require a graveyard, weekend, and holiday shift (The schedule is based on CST)
Job Description:
* Set room rates and minimum night stays to properties
* Develop revenue management strategies
* Analyse revenue performance of properties and adjust strategies with Revenue Management Director’s assistance
* Pull data from property management software and create reports/analyses
* Perform market analysis
* Other Ad Hoc reports that are needed by management
Qualifications:
* Proven background in accounting and finance for at least 4 years
* Good analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
* Can clearly communicate thought processes and how you reach decisions
* Able to demonstrate self-learning and self-improvement in situations
* Proficient in spreadsheets (eg. Google Sheets or Excel)
Must-Have Technical Requirements:
* Computer/Laptop with at least 8GB of RAM
* Has back-up internet source (pocket router device) and with contingency plan options in case of a power outage
