ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Junior Customer Service Assistant at PoleJunkie, you will help deliver a first-class experience to our global community. You'll support customers through email, live chat, and social media, resolving queries with efficiency and empathy.

We're looking for a full-time, long-term tea ---------- mber based in the Philippines who is open to eventually covering weekend shifts. You’ll be joining a forward-thinking, inclusive company with opportunities for performance-based rewards, benefits, and career growth.

This is a remote position open exclusively to candidates based in the Philippines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide customer support via email, Facebook, and Instagram using Gorgias

Manage live chat and respond to direct messages on social media in real time

Make order adjustments pre-dispatch on Shopify and coordinate with warehouse teams

Liaise with couriers in the UK and EU to resolve delivery issues

Process courier claims

Communicate with suppliers regarding faulty items and handle claims

Escalate recurring issues or customer pain points to management

Look for opportunities to improve the customer experience

Meet service targets for response time and resolution time

Join regular team video calls

Occasionally assist with data entry and admin tasks

REQUIREMENTS

1+ year in a customer-facing support role

1+ year using Shopify or similar e-commerce platform

Experience with Gorgias or similar ticketing system

Experience working in a remote team

Excellent spoken and written English

Proven ability to meet performance targets

BONUS SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED)

Experience using AI tools in a customer service setting

Background in fashion or clothing industry

DETAILS

WORKING HOURS:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 12:00pm and 12:30pm – 4:30pm BST/GMT
(3:00pm – 7:00pm and 7:30pm – 11:30pm PHT) — 40 hours/week during training
After training: 40 hours/week including weekend cover

PROBATIONARY PERIOD:
3 months

SALARY:
$500 USD/month, paid on the last Friday of each month
Increase to $550 after probation
Increase to $600 after 1 year

PAID LEAVE:
Includes paid vacation and sick leave
Regular national holidays granted where possible
Fair compensation for covering regular holiday days
