ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Partner Program Manager, this busy role coordinates all customer-related marketing activities connected to the BioPak Partner Program and provides general support for the other business-as-usual marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all marketing activities associated with the BioPak Partner Program, including distributor advertising, co-branded collateral, events, tradeshows and budget management
- Manage Partner Program/Marketing inboxes and distribute work to the rest of the team
- Coordinate all new business pitches
- Handle social media community management
- Copywrite case studies and website content
ABOUT YOU
With a flair for marketing and communications and strong interpersonal skills, the successful candidate will be highly organised, deadline-driven and team focused. This fast-paced role requires someone with lots of energy, the skills to prioritise a busy workload and the ability to multitask.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous 2+yrs experience in a similar role preferably in the retail or e-commerce sector.
- Good understanding of traditional and digital marketing
- Excellent communication/customer service skills, copywriting & proofing skills.
- A diligent, responsive and professional attitude with a ‘customer first’ mindset
- Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Efficient and organised with an ability to multi-task.
- Energetic, confident and enjoys working in a close supportive team
