So who are we? We are:
- A fast paced and entrepreneurial Serviced Accommodation Management company which is growing rapidly across the UK
- Currently operating in 20+ Towns and Cities across the UK and looking to add many more in the coming months and years
- Selling our properties on Online Travel Agent (OTA) websites such as Airbnb and
- Working with both leisure and corporate guests, who are looking for great prices, superb service and a home away from home.

The day to day activities of the job role would include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Maintaining good relations with clients (regular updates, responding to their queries)
- Speaking and winning over prospective clients
- Project management and system updates (opening/closing of properties in the systems and channels)
- Ad-hoc tasks such as assisting with guest concerns and maintenance issues
- Strong team communication
The right candidate will have a background with:
- Client Relation Experience
- B2B Sales Experience
- Confidence in speaking with people from the United Kingdom
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to solve problems and find creative solutions
- Excellent written communication (English)
- Excellent verbal communication (English)
- Willingness to learn new systems
This position will be for 40 hours per week split over 5 days (Mon-Fri). You will also receive a generous holiday pay allowance.
Experience in the Hospitality industry itself is not essential (but would be looked upon favourably) as full training will be given.
