As my Real Estate Outreach Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Contacting leads that are sourced for you
2. Responding to questions from leads
3. Maintaining lead CRM
4. Qualifying potential leads with a pre-determined set of questions
5. Communicating interested parties with me

IT’S FLEXIBLE!

Yes, you will have pre-scripted templates, spreadsheets, and processes, but you have free reign to improve those systems as you see fit!

There may also be other administrative duties as assigned.
