We are experiencing an exciting chapter of our company’s growth as we push to market our most innovative product to date––the new, FDA-cleared iRestore Laser Hair Growth System. We are on a mission to become a major force in the health and beauty industry, and we are building a team of talented, driven individuals to take us to new heights.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role has extensive experience in sourcing private label products for an eCommerce brand with a go-to-market mentality and an overall understanding of product life cycle. You must be passionate and experienced in understanding e-commerce consumer behavior and leveraging this knowledge to bring quality products to market.

What You’ll Do:
>Heavily focused on sourcing private label products in the health and wellness e-commerce space
>Must be familiar with FDA-Cleared medical device standards for our main products
>Own product strategy and roadmap
>Deliver OKR and KPI by ensuring quality meets iRestore standards
>Oversee factory and supplier relationships, ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliveries
>Own negotiating supplier costs as well as customs/duty charges to ensure the best possible rates
>Oversee quality control throughout production through to delivery
>Item configuration setup
>Establish strategy for optimizing pricing on MOQs for order efficiency, costs and service
>Collaborate with Finance, Creative, Logistics, and Marketing teams to manage customer expectations
>On-call for communication with overseas manufacturer

To Be A Good Fit, You Must Have:
>2+ years of experience in research + development, sourcing, quality control/assurance, and overall product lifecycle
>Experience in ecommerce DTC operations, including platforms like Shopify Experience with working with retailers, resellers, distributors globally
>Experience researching market trends, new product ideas, and consumer behavior for an omni-channel business
>Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive business decisions
>Able to effectively communicate cross-functionally with finance, marketing, and supply chain teams
>Background in product management lifecycle
>Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
>Startup mentality: initiative-taker, creative, and constantly striving to meet or exceed industry standards
>Comfortable working in a fast-paced and energetic environment
