I am looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide Customer Support to my customers for various projects.
The work will involve logging into customer service email accounts and ClickBank accounts in order to:
- Reply to customers with download links
- Deal with requests for refunds
- Reply to technical support requests (within reason).
This job will be on a part-time basis and will co-incide with various product launches. However, if our relationship remains good then this job can be ongoing throughout the year and beyond.
There will be a particular period running from 21 March when a lot of work will be available and my VA will manage a support team online.
Required skills are good English ability and good organisation.
Also somebody internet savvy.
